The King's Church offers many opportunities for each member of the family and every age group to learn the ways of Father's family and serve the Kingdom of His Son, starting with our Nursery and King's Kids and continuing with the King's Cafe for teens, the King's Men, the King's Women, and including the King's Academy.  Also, in addition to many opportunities to serve the community of Jacksonville, the King's Church's partnership with Apostolic Ministries and Churches International, the Communion of Apostolic Churches, and the Apostles Theological Seminary provides many unusual opportunities for national and international missions.

Though there is no hip band leadingworship and no coffee bar to socialize around, you will find a group focused on demonstrating Christ's love and accomplishing his will in our various spheres of influence.

REACTION MEETS FROM 7 TO 9 EVERY OTHER THURSDAY EVENING.

Our meetings are divided into two parts. We start withan exciting manuscript Bible study discussion that lasts for anhour. Then the group transitions into radical worship followed by prayer,prophecy, and testimonies.  Quarterly, we set aside themajority of the time for a solidarity meal where the members givea love offering for their meal to aide in a local or internationalmission.

REACTION is a group of professional and career minded young adults who are zealous for the Lord and who are seeking to experienceJesus through the love of God the Father, to connect with one anotherfor corporate worship, and to minister the love of God to the communityof Jacksonville and to one another.

REACTION'S mission is to advanceChrist's Kingdom in Jacksonville. Not through picket signs and badattitudes, but through spiritual warfare. The Lord has given us, as men and women of His Kingdom, powerfulspiritual weapons of faith, hope, love, prayer, service, creativity,passion, and beauty. REACTION is acting and reacting in mature response to the fact that Jesusis the same yesterday, today, and forever. We are a group encompassed by our King, Jesus Christ. If you feel compelled and propelled by the Spirit to fully engage thework of the Lord and His Kingdom, then REACTION is the right place for you.

REACTION is headed by Teben Pyles and governed by a council of young adult leaders of theKing’s Church, and receivesthe pastoral leadership of Bishop George Kouri.  It is also part of AUTHENTIC ADULTS, the ministry outreach of young professionals and career minded adults throughout the Jacksonville and Southeast Region of the USA.  While REACTION is an integral part of Jacksonville's AUTHENTIC ADULTS, and participates fully in it's larger vision and mission to impact the city and region, it is also aligned with the King's Church in regard to local church outreach,missions, and alms offerings.
