SUNDAY OCTOBER 19 WAS A MILESTONE IN OUR LIFE TOGETHER AS A BODY!
The presence of the Lord confirmed the
reorganization and
restructuring of the various ministries of our church body, and the
appointment of the heads of the various ministries of the King's Church.
I must say Sandra and I were impressed with the high level of maturity, commitment, and involvement of our people here at the King's Church. And we believe that with the actions taken over the last several months
we are now poised for the Lord to bring to us those whom He desires to add and increase our visibility and influence in the city of Jacksonville.
As Pastor, I encourage each of you who have been appointed as heads of the various ministries,
especially you heading up new ministries (Parkers, Greeters, and Nursery),
to take hold of the work without delay. Begin now to give strong and positive leadership to your area of Church life and ministry.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT WAS SUPERCHARGED
Our Wednesday Night Prayer meeting was
supercharged with a very unusual and powerful presence of the Lord
. David Kowalski stepped out to lead us in
special ministry to the Lord, and there was
special intercession offered for the November election and for the economy of our nation.
The meeting ended with
anointing with oil and
the prayer of faith for everyone who desired personal ministry.
If you have not made Wednesday night a regular part of your service to the King, I encourage you to adjust your priorities and join us for discipleship training, worship, and intercession!
PROPHETIC AND MIRACLE SUNDAY
Bishop Michael Babin from Oceanside California will minister Sunday Morning October 26 and Wednesday Evening October 29. Michael is a
seasoned apostolic man with a
powerful prophetic ministry and
the faith for miracles (look out Devil).
Don't miss these exciting meetings with this gentle giant. Come expecting miracles and to hear a word from God!
As your pastor I strongly encourage each of you to seize this special opportunity to invite your own family and friends to be our special guests to hear this wonderful servant of God.
NEW MEDIA ELEMENTS ADDED TO OUR WORSHIP
In addition to the prophetic and miracle ministry, this Sunday we will begin to introduce some new and dramatic media elements into our worship service. Don't be late or you will miss it. In fact why not just come early and enjoy coffee, refreshments, and fellowship in the King's Café.
SPECIAL ALERT TO PARKING, GREETING, NURSERY AND CHILDREN WORKERS
From first-hand reports I have received, we are expecting a number of visitors, including families with small children. Because of this we need the Parkers, Greeters, Hospitality, and Nursery and Children's workers to be prepared for an influx of new folks.
Much love to all the Saints at the King's Church,
Pastor
